OFSTED rates B&FC 'Good with Outstanding features'

Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is celebrating a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating highlighting four key areas as ‘Outstanding’ – and showing significant progress across the organisation.

Inspectors visited all areas of the college provision to examine teaching, learning and the student experience during a rigorous four-day inspection in February. Their findings confirm our commitment to excellence in education, student development and meeting skills needs.

Ofsted’s overall ‘Good’ rating is significantly boosted by four ‘Outstanding’ sub-judgements for behaviour and attitudes, personal development, leadership and management, and adult learning programmes.
