MX1EC33 - Bridge and Engine Simulators

This course is designed to promote effective Bridge Team Management procedures. Delivered in our Full Mission Bridge Ship Simulator, simulated exercises include coastal passages, landfalls, pilotage and navigational emergencies.

The course provides an opportunity for the discussion and implementation of best practice with regard to bridge team management procedures.

MX1EC229 - Bridge and Engine Simulators

This course is designed to provide training in the basic theory and use of Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) for those who will be in charge of a navigational watch on vessels equipped with ECDIS.

MX1EC123 - Bridge and Engine Simulators

This course provides advanced training to marine pilots in the following techniques; passage planning under pilotage, ship handling and emergency responses in confined waters.
 
The course is delivered in our Full Mission Ship Bridge Simulator and dates are available throughout the year. The fee is for a booking of up to four pilots.

MX1EC66 - Bridge and Engine Simulators

The Navigation Aids, Equipment and Simulation Training at management level (NAEST (M)) offers comprehensive training in the competent use of navigation and electronic systems found onboard merchant vessels.

You will gain the knowledge and understanding required in the use of radar, ARPA, ECDIS, satellite navigation systems and other electronic navigation aids to monitor the safety of navigation.

MX1EC28 - Bridge and Engine Simulators

Learn effective ship handling procedures. Delivered in our full mission ship simulator, exercises include coastal passages, landfalls, pilotage and navigational emergencies.

The course provides the opportunity for discussion and implementation of best practice with regard to ship handling procedures.

The fee is for a booking of up to four delegates.

Dates are available throughout the year.

 

MX1EC16 - Bridge and Engine Simulators

The Ship to Ship Transfers course demonstrates best practice in the following Ship Handling techniques; during underway, at anchor, tandem STS operations and emergency responses.

The course is delivered in our Full Mission Ship Simulator and dates are available throughout the year. You may be required to attend in the evening.
