FNC hosts Nautical Institute's Maritime Leadership Seminar - 26 May 2022

FNC was delighted to host the Nautical Institute North West branch Maritime Leadership Seminar yesterday.  The event, attended by a wide range of industry specialist experts, maritime tutors and current cadets was arranged to provide an opportunity for cadets to meet, talk to and learn from practitioners at the cutting edge of the maritime industry.

Stations were set up based on specialism and cadets were able to move through the room and chat to the experts.  There was also a panel session featured a small number of experts, as well as a student panel where the industry representatives were keen to hear about cadet experiences to date.  

The turn out was great - the volume in room from all the chatting was incredible at times - and feedback received so far has been very positive.

Our thanks to the Nautical Institute North West branch for asking us to host and to everyone who gave up their time to attend.  Thanks finally to the cadets for their positive engagement with the event - we hope you got a lot out of it.
