FNC Head attends IAMI Annual Conference

Our Head of Campus Neil Atkinson was on his travels again last week, this time it was to Southampton for the International Association of Maritime Institutions Annual Conference: Utilising new technology to maintain professional standards.
Representatives from across the maritime industry were present.
Neil commented afterwards:
It was an excellent conference. The work we have been doing on the Cadet Training and Modernisation project ensures that we will be using new technology to maintain the professional standards in the delivery of our programmes.
I'm excited to see the launch of the National Awareness Campaign on Thursday 24th October, aimed at attracting the next generation into our fantastic industry to use such technology in training and onboard vessels.
